How long does a custom build take?

From the initial consultation to at-home delivery, the process typically takes 24 – 48 hours. This can vary depending on component availability, but we will always keep you updated every step of the way.

What warranty do you provide?

All components come with their full manufacturer’s warranty, which we help facilitate. Additionally, we provide a 1-year warranty on our labor and offer lifetime support for any questions you may have about your build.

Can I provide my own components?

Absolutely! We’re happy to build with components you already own. We can also help you source the remaining parts to ensure full compatibility and create the perfect build.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers and cash on delivery. We require a deposit for component sourcing after the quote is approved, with the final balance due upon successful delivery and setup.

Do you only build gaming PCs?

While we love building high-performance gaming rigs, we build all types of PCs! This includes powerful workstations for video editing and design, quiet home office PCs, and everything in between. Whatever your need, we can build it.
